On behalf of Najim, myself and my Mum I wanted to formally thank you for such an amazing event for our wedding on the weekend.

From the moment Jane, Harshal and the girls arrived I instantly felt at ease, which only continued as the night went on.

I felt that I never even saw anyone from Hubert and Dan all night, yet I was never hungry or thirsty. The food was absolutely incredible - a sentiment shared by every single guest.

We had some challenging weather, and the girls went above and beyond the call of duty, making calls about table settings and helping out with additional things as they saw.

The care and respect given to the space and the people in it is also something to mention.

May I just say how blown away we were by the team's service and professionalism during our day. It really felt like when they arrived they just took over and were just spectacular. They even saw to things that I didn't think they should have to – for example, I was fully prepared to light all the candles on our tables myself and then when I went into the marquee they had just gone ahead and done it – didn't even need to ask where we'd put the matches! They had everything covered from big details to little details and everyone commented on how amazing they were. The food as well got rave reviews!

Jimmy and I wanted to thank Hubert + Dan for catering our wedding. We had hesitated in hiring you as it was at the top end of our budget, but as soon as we had booked you in we were so relieved. Everything you did was fabulous.
